The Give Light Program benefits families who cannot afford more than a few pennies a day for light. Having bright, reliable lighting empowers families to rise out of poverty by increasing household income, improving education opportunities, and increasing health and safety.

Your donations will support an innovative financing program in rural India that allows households to purchase a D.light Nova on credit. With only a small down payment, families can immediately begin using the light. Ensuing weekly payments are set at affordable levels for the families; all repayments then go into a local fund for future community development projects that will benefit the entire village.
