In India, we have established servicing centers, called d.light Care Centers, to support all our major distribution points in the country. d.light's Care Executives work closely with our Care Centers, offering training and ongoing proactive support.
d.light Care Centers offer the following services:
- Servicing for all d.light products, whether under warranty or not under warranty
(Note that product warranties are void if seal is broken or if warranty card is not filled.
d.light S250 comes with a one-year warranty; d.light S10 has a six-month warranty.)
- Provision of replacement parts and spare parts
- Information about product care and maintenance
- Timely response to all customer complaints
